Form: Human trafficking victims: referral and assessment forms

Updated: New national referral mechanism (NRM) child forms for Scotland and Northern Ireland and England and Wales.

The National Referral Mechanism (NRM) is a victim identification and support process. NRM is designed to make it easier for all the different agencies that could be involved in a trafficking case, for example, police, UK Border Agency, local authorities, and non-governmental organisations to co-operate; to share information about potential victims and facilitate their access to advice, accommodation and support.
