Applicants: 'Apply online' service in the UK unavailable from 15 February 2014

The 'Apply online' service in the UK will be temporarily unavailable from late Saturday 15 February to late Sunday 16 February 2014.

The 'Apply online' service for applicants in the UK will be unavailable between 16:00 on 15 February 2014 until 22:00 on Sunday 16 February 2014 while we carry out essential maintenance.

During this time, applicants in the UK will not be able to:

  • access their customer account;
  • submit applications;
  • book appointments;
  • pay for the... ir applications online'; or
  • use the 'Form Finder' tool.

If you have started and saved an application online, you will have access to it once the service is reinstated.

During this period it will not be possible to provide facilities to book an appointment either by telephone or online. Full service will be restored on 16 February 2014.

This does not affect appointments already booked. If you already have an appointment please make sure you attend it on the agreed date and time.

'Apply online' in the UK is the only service that will be affected. Applicants outside the UK will still be able to apply online using the Visa4UK service.
