Employers: Business helpdesk goes live

A new helpdesk service for our business customers launches today, Monday 1 July 2013.

The business helpdesk has been set up in response to customer feedback and will offer a single point of contact for queries about becoming a sponsor or hiring people from outside the EEA.

Following a successful pilot, the new service is now available to all sponsors, businesses and Tier 1 investors.

Any business, registered sponsor or Tier 1 investor can use the service to explain policy or guidance and receive answers to queries about th... eir own or employee applications.

What happens next?

As the helpdesk becomes a single point of contact we will begin to close other email boxes and to redirect unsolicited queries to the new service.

We will continue to respond to feedback, monitoring the service we offer and adding more services to the helpdesk as we move forward.
