Our online booking system for premium service applications is currently unavailable because of technical problems.

If you are applying under the postal route you can book an appointment online as normal.

If you cannot book an appointment online, please do not phone us to report this problem. We advise you to wait and try to use the service again later.

We are working to solve the technical problem as quickly as possible, and will make an announcement on this website when the service is working normally again.


'Apply online' in the UK is the only service that is affected. Applicants outside the UK can still apply online using our Visa4UK service.
